Ingredients
500 gr. of Fresh Anchoives, Cleaned and Boned
2 fists of Flour
2 cloves crushed of Garlic
1 Sprig Mint
1 Pinch of Ground Chili
2 Coups of Red wine Vinegar
Extra-virgin Olive Oil
Oil For Frying
Salt

Method
Flour and fry in hot oil anchovies, drain and salt them.
In a small saucepan boil the vinegar with the garlic, mint leaves and chili.
In a bowl, arrange the fried anchovies and forming various layers above, pour boiling vinegar along with all the aromas, to discover the fish completely.
Allow to cook for 24 hours in the refrigerator, then serve.
It can keep for several days.
